Great news in Indiana real estate...

According to a monthly report released by the Indiana Assoc. of Realtors titled: "Indiana Real Estate Markets Report", "...activity was high in November with both the number of closed and pending home sales up by double digits year-over-year."  The number of closed home sales increased 14.2% to 4,411 and the number of pending home sales increased 10.4% to 3,959!  These are wonderful signs.  They can be broken down and evaluated in my ways but the fact that homes are moving at rate is a wonderful sign for Indiana homebuyers and residents selling homes.  Contact me if you'd like the whole report or want to discuss!
